EXCELLENT stay!
free shuttle fresh choices
The staff was always smiling and ready to assist with anything. The hotel offered a convenient free shuttle service to Puerto Banus, this saved on taxi costs. Breakfast had a wide variety of fresh choices, a perfect start to each morning.
The room was a bit dated and could use some updating. The toilet wasn't properly cleaned during the second day. This required a complaint to resolve. The lunch by the pool was average, and quite expensive. I chose other places to eat .

The staff remembered names, always smiling and were always willing to help guests. Attention to detail was really good, staff remembered preferences like ice in drinks. Everyone provided a cute and warm atmosphere throughout my visit.

The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service that transports guests to nearby areas. Golf course maintenance ensured all skill levels enjoyed the game. A BEAUTIFUL pool area provided relaxation and a scenic view .

immense bliss spacious room refreshing pool wide variety
I experienced immense bliss in a classic double room. Its spaciousness was like a dream and the view inspired me. I enjoyed the large pool. It was really refreshing.
The shower had some temperature fluctuations. Water turned from hot to cold quickly. I know its minor.

the staff was not very attentive to our needs. we had to request towels ourselves near the pool. the garden around the pool seemed unmaintained too.
