I experienced immense bliss in a classic double room. Its spaciousness seemed like a dream and the view inspired me. I enjoyed the large pool. It was really refreshing.
The shower had some temperature fluctuations. Water turned from hot to cold quickly. I know its minor.

The hotel offers a convenient free shuttle. It provides easy access to both Puerto Banús and the main areas of the city. This service greatly simplifies travel, especially to explore local attractions.

The hotel staff showed genuine attentiveness. They remembered small details. I experienced a special touch from Santiago. He ensured ice was always there for my rosé. The staff makes a lasting positive impression.

unattentive staffunmaintained garden
the staff was not very attentive to our needs. we had to request towels ourselves near the pool. the garden around the pool seemed unmaintained too.
